Yes, each product is handmade by artisans, one piece at a time. This process brings individuality and a human touch to every creation.
Q. Why do some pieces look slightly different from the photos?
Each piece is handmade, which means small differences in colour, weave, or form are completely natural. These subtle variations are not flaws—they're what make every piece truly one of a kind.
Q. How durable are the materials used?
Our products are made to last with proper care. The structure is sturdy, and the threads are tightly woven, though they should be kept away from moisture.
Q. Can I customize the thread colours or size?
Yes, we offer limited customisation. You can contact us with your request, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
💡 Usage, Care & Installation
Q. Are the lights plug-and-play or do I need an electrician?
Most lights are plug-and-play and come with standard fittings. For ceiling-mounted fixtures, we recommend using an electrician.
Q. What kind of bulb should I use?
We suggest using a warm white LED bulb(E27) , ideally up to 7W, for a soft glow that enhances the threadwork. If you don't want to go through the hassle of getting a bulb separately, you can buy a bulb from our website itself.
Q. Are bulbs included with the lights?
Bulbs are not part of the light by default, but they’re available to purchase alongside your product on our website. We recommend pairing them for the best effect
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are usually dispatched within 14-18 working days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and will be shared during checkout.
Q. Do you offer express delivery?
No, our products are made to order. We don’t offer express delivery.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India. If you’re outside India, feel free to reach out—we’re exploring international shipping soon.
Q. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us at the earliest with your updated address.
🔁 Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
Q. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in case of damage or incorrect items received. Minor variations due to the handmade nature are not considered defects. For details please refer the exchange and return policy page.
Q. What if my product arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
Q. Do you offer exchanges if I change my mind?
Since each product is handmade in limited numbers, we don’t offer exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to verify the details before making a purchase.

Q. Can I personalise a product for gifting?
Yes, we do accept limited personalisation requests. Reach out to us and we’ll see what’s possible based on your timeline.
Q. Can I include a note with my gift?
Absolutely. You can leave your message at checkout, and we’ll include a card with your order.
Q. Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
