Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Razorpay..
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to process your order. We do not offer Cash on delivery as a payment method.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order.

Orders are processed within 14-18 business days unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout; however, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

In the event of an unforeseen issue, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product purchased. However, this is not applicable to customized products or large-scale installations. In such a case, refer to the terms and conditions provided with the said product/installation.
