EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Exchange policy

We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 24-48 hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@talesofkaarigari.in and a reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.

All of our products are handcrafted by artisans, one piece at a time. Due to this, there might be slight variations in colour, shape, or size. These natural differences are a part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects, and therefore not eligible for return or replacement.
We operate under a no-return, no-refund policy for all items.
The only exception is if the product received is damaged and we are notified within 24-48 hours, along with supporting images and unboxing videos of the damaged goods.
If 24-48 hrs. have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be scheduled for the same.
Upon approval, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
