- All our lamps come with a 6-month warranty on the electrical cord and fittings, covering manufacturing defects only.This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies to issues such as faulty wiring, defective switches, or loose connections.
- Damage caused by mishandling, modifications, exposure to moisture, or incorrect usage is not covered under this warranty.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
- Each Tales of Kaarigari piece is handmade by skilled artisans, making every product unique.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer any warranty on the handcrafted components (such as crochet work, threading, or other decorative parts).
- Slight variations in texture, pattern, or finish are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
Bulb Warranty
Any light bulb supplied with your lamp is covered only as per the warranty policy of the bulb’s brand/manufacturer.Tales of Kaarigari does not provide a separate warranty for bulbs.
